Overview

Returns- No returned goods will be accepted without prior authorization. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods and have a prior R.A.# with return freight paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. Parts kits shipped to WA state are non-returnable. 

Order Cancellation- Canceled orders may be subject to the 15% restocking fee. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Your order may have shipped without your notification due the the information not yet being uploaded to the website. These orders also cannot be canceled and are subject to the 15% restocking fee. 

Defective Items- We stand behind all of our products, upon deliver, being free of defects. We offer a 7-Day Inspection of all products. Upon receipt, inspect the merchandise to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace that product at no charge to you. Prior authorization for an exchange of defective item(s) is also required. You may be required to return defective merchandise before a replacement is issued.

Surplus Items- Please note that many of our products are military surplus items that may have undergone years of use and storage. These items may show wear, dings, dents, scratches, rust, etc. but are otherwise NOT defective for their intended use. Additionally, some items may be sold for display only, and are not intended to function. Please read all item descriptions for the condition of the items before purchasing.

Firearm Parts- All firearm parts should be properly installed by a qualified gunsmith. We make no guarantee that parts will function in your firearm without professional installation and fitment. Firearm parts that have been modified can not be returned.

Firearms – Firearms may only be returned un-fired and unmodified with all included contents.

Your FFL must email us, we will not track down their FFL. Our shipping dept. emailing and calling unresponsive FFL shops for days / weeks is the biggest delay in shipping firearm orders. 

Please note that some items my ship separately from your order. Some of our products ship directly from the distributor or manufacturer. 

Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico may require additional shipping fees for large or heavy items. 

Shipping insurance is optional. If you choose to not insure your order, we will not be responsible for any issues that occur after your order has been handed over to the shipping company. 

Delivery signature confirmation is optional. If you choose to not sign for your order delivery, we will not be responsible for any issues that occur after your order has been handed over to the shipping company. 

We utilize USPS for all small parts orders. Large or bulky items will ship UPS. 

WA State Parts Kits – We will ship parts kits to WA state but will remove items such as “auto-sears” or other such applicable parts that are intended ONLY for use in full auto, and are not typically used or modified for use in a semi auto firearm. By placing an order shipped to WA state, you are authorizing us to remove or modify such components from your order. Returns will NOT be accepted for kits shipped to WA state.

California – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Colorado – 15 round maximum for all magazines.
Connecticut – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Hawaii – 10 round maximum for all pistol/handgun magazines.
Illinois – Aurora 15 rounds, Chicago 12 rounds, Cook County 10 rounds, Franklin Park 16 rounds, Oak Park 10 rounds, Riverdale 35 rounds.
Maryland – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Massachusetts – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
New Jersey – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
New York – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Washington DC – 10 round maximum for all magazines.
Vermont – 10 round maximum for long gun magazines; 15 round maximum for pistol/handgun magazines.
